PATRICK MALLON (“Pat”) - PRESIDENT

Pat has a long track record in the real estate industry, with over 40 years’ experience in acquisitions, permitting, financing, marketing and construction.  Pat has particular expertise in the seniors housing sector, having led the development of hundreds of assisted living and memory care units from site identification, acquisition and entitlement through construction and lease-up. Prior to Buildable Sites, Pat was Senior Director of Development in New England and New York for Sunrise Senior Living, the largest provider of senior housing in the United States. Pat also held senior posts at The Arbors Assisted Living and Toll Brothers, Inc. At Toll Brothers, Pat successfully led the acquisition, permitting, and development of thousands of new home developments, over 55 communities, and condo projects throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire.

BRENDAN MALLON - VICE PRESIDENT

Brendan has over 15 years’ experience in development, construction, and operations. Prior to joining Buildable Sites and in addition to his consulting work, Brendan spent 10 years of his career with Toll Brothers Inc. and Sunrise Senior Living managing construction developments and senior living projects from pre-construction through building completion and grand opening. To date, Brendan has completed construction on over 30 senior living projects and over 100 residential single family homes. Brendan has a dual Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Management from the University of Massachusetts. Brendan also holds an Unrestricted Construction Supervisor's License in Massachusetts and many other certificates.

Patricia Mallon (“Patty”) - Director of Development

Patty has over 30 years construction experience in railroad engineering projects, bridges, buildings, commercial and residential custom construction projects, and Real Estate Brokerage for commercial and residential properties throughout all of New England. She has worked 20 years for Boston Commuter Rail, Amtrak, MBCR and Keolis as Assistant Chief of Engineering. Patty is a lead by example manager focused on strategic business development, a problem solver meeting business goals. Patty holds an Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License, Real Estate Broker License and numerous certificates for construction, bridges, along with Federal Highway Administration US Dot Bridge training.
